Do you ship?

Yes, we do offer shipping. All packages will be shipped either Monday or Tuesday to try to ensure delivery before the weekend. At this time we have flat rate shipping to all of our Texas customers. All other locations, please contact us for a shipping estimate.

What days do you operate?

We operate Mon- Fri, with shipped packages going out Monday and Tuesday. Call or email to schedule a pick-up or delivery appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Is your beef steroid free?

Yes, we do not inject any of our calves with any steroids or hormones.

What makes you different from others who sell beef?

We produce the highest quality beef possible, with our own cattle that we feed with our home- grown crops. We are involved in every step of the production, so it is quality that we are proud of and you can trust. The cattle are born and raised by us in our pastures and fed grains and grasses that we grow on our farm. They are with us from start to finish.

Can you ship to my office, rather than my home?

Yes. Sometimes shipping to your place of business is a better option than shipping to your home because there is a better chance of someone being present to receive the shipment. This is also a great option if you live in a more rural area, you have less chance of the delivery being late or lost since businesses are usually easier to locate and have secure drop off locations.

If I order online, when will my order be ready for pick-up?

If you place an order online during normal business hours, we will do our best to have it ready for pick-up the following business day.

Do you have a storefront, like a butcher shop?

No, we do not have a storefront to come shop in person. Your order is placed online and then pulled from our freezers and given to you (either through pickup or delivery) frozen rather than thawed, for longer lasting safe storage.
